Best day of my Life
But I DID !!!
Words cannot describe how excited i was before and after proposal.
I had decided that i will marry ankita, but wanted to propose in a different manner. There was no time to plan a party as she was coming to pune 2 days later. So i thought why not make it a flash mob !! ( sure ..sochne mein kya jaata hai)
I contacted my friend Rohan - who is good in dance and he approved the idea. he contacted his few friends and so did i - and just then it was decided we will do it.
rohan and Swati (his better half ;) ) planned and choreographed evertything. because of time constraints and resource planning - we could just practice once. But we were sure - no matter what we are going to do this. After all - it should not be too perfect to be true. :D :D
Ankita ( my better half now ;)) had no clue - she was just excited for our first date in pune.
She asked - why are we spending time in mall on our first date in pune. I told we have to meet rohan who is going to usa :| .
Cameras were set , photographers were set, plan was kept secret. I just wish i had recorded those preparation excitement.
On the day - ankita noticed somebody started music in mall and only one couple was dancing - she found it bit odd - but thought pune hai - advertisement ke liye hoga . LOL
And when i entered ............ haha - video says it all ...
One amazing moment after flashmob was - one of the participant was shocked to see his girlfriend also there to participate in flashmob. It was such a happy and lovely coincidence - they announced it later :)
We wont forget this day ever. Thank you everyone for wishes :)
I and ankita dont celebrate our wedding anniversary so much as our first date in usa or flashmob in pune. life is full of these cherished memories. ..
