how coool are we ?
i have so many topics in my mind ..but no time to write ..
i am so pissed off right now.. so thought of writing my rants..
nowadays i am surrounded by so much "how cool are we" phenomenon that i feel suffocated at times.
Statutory warning : this blog is not against any particular individual in my past or present, or from personal or professional relations. i am just quoting incidences happening to me maybe because of u.. dont take it personally. humble request ..so Rant alert..dont read if you are not keen on reading furious rant ..
So ..
nowdays everyone is so proud of himself or pretend to be proud of himself that i am overwhelmed.
agreed that one has to be little proud of himself and i get feedback all the time that i lack that quality. but cmon. i feel nowadays it is too much ...
* Some people are too proud to be in particular company or team ..
Common guys your company maybe too cool but dont undervalue another company or another team within same company. Have mutual respect for others and we will have fine realtionship.
* Some people are too proud of city they live in
Yeahhhh some = many for this pt. I respect Mumbai, Gurgaon, Bangalore..San fransisco, New york , London or whatsoever city u live in , but u dont know about my cities or for that matter other many cool cities.Have u ever lived in paris ? why are you so proud of your city that u dont even want to try living in another city.not even in conversation ? nor in imaginery move ? .. living where your family is different and defending your city for some crap materialistic reason is different..
* Some people are too diplomatic or too jerk
Well of all things this is surprising and not so surprising as well.. some people are so diplomatic or too jerk
that they just take pleasure in manipulating people..
to give them sone credit ..people around me nowdays respect that quality..
unless it affects them nowadays ppl are respecting those who are diplomatic and jerk.
they get good rapport in personal and professional growth and it is working for them..
they are used to see that person in certain matter and they like it unless it is harmful for them.
common guys .. this is not done ...u shld be considerate for others too.
i am debating myself as well in this blog..
so agreed that u shld be mature enough to understand thin line of diplomacy and jerk. and smart enough to handle..but i really like my dad approach nowadays. if something is wrong.. why shld i agree with that person or wear a fake smile .. and i hate ppl who try to manipulate others.
Please guys be genuine enough and dont try to oversell your motives or your thoughts.
*some ppl believe they are too cool..or they have too cool friends or they have too cool family
Believe me guys everybody thinks they have best family and cool family.. so u shldnt keep on bragging about ur family and undermine other family. so its ok if you want to share your family positives.. please make sure that u dont disrespect other families. every family has their own way of staying cool and happy. same applies to your friend group and team.
If somebody is taking dig at you, please man up/woman up and accept that friendly dig. dont take false pride and defend your crappy answer so that dig. common, how can a casual dig can also hurt ur ego and u justify your B.S.
Your lifestyle may be too cool for u and others may not follow your work and lifestyle.. but please have mutual respect for them and dont be overproud of they way you live your life.
If anybody thinks i dont have guts to say all this in person , so i wrote it in some unidentified page, i just have to say to you : _ | _
Just on ending note , i may have committed all these mistakes and agree that it is not easy to figure out your own mistakes..i like that quote : "People tend to make rules for others and exceptions for themselves"
sometime casually all this is fine.. i am not that serious person as it seems. my friends will agree how much b.s i can talk :) . but yeah misatkes of others are making me concious.
